Exceptional Cask Inventory #1

A different final chapter.

TULLY is the first release in our Exceptional Cask Inventory series: a Tullibardine single malt given a distinctive final stage of maturation in a Guyanese rum cask.

The whisky began in ex-bourbon wood. For its finish, COWS worked with North Point Distillery to bring the mature Tullibardine together with a cask that had previously held rum from Guyana.

Two spirits. One cask.

The connection runs deeper than a finishing description. COWS also arranged a separate bottling of the Guyanese rum that had occupied the cask, giving the club a way to explore the relationship between the rum and the whisky that followed it.

TULLY is a project about that meeting: an established whisky, a cask with its own history, and a new chapter for both.
