Curiosity brings us together.

Known to friends as COWS, we share an interest in whisky and spirits: the bottles, the stories behind them, and the conversations they spark.

A shared interest, one glass at a time.

A tasting is a chance to slow down, pay attention, and compare impressions. There’s room for a familiar favourite, a surprising discovery, and a different point of view.

Collecting is part of that curiosity, too. We’re interested in what makes a bottle distinctive and the story that comes with it.

Part of the herd.

COWS events are reserved for members and invited guests. Event invitations provide the details for each gathering and explain how to register when booking opens.
